Glazing and interior finishes

Kaēlo Residence

A new two-story residence in Miami Shores, built from the ground up by Ballagas Construction.

The photographs document the work as it has progressed: foundations and grade beams, the crew setting formwork and reinforcing steel, elevated slab pours, and the concrete shell. Each milestone was coordinated with the trades and inspections that follow it, so the next phase could start on a sound base. The home is now in the glazing installation and interior finishes stage.

Casa Arborēa

A new-home development by Ballagas Construction in Miami Shores.

The design pairs crisp white volumes with warm wood soffits, walls of glass and planted terraces that let the architecture settle into its garden. A pool court and covered terraces extend the living spaces outdoors.

All images of Casa Arborēa are architectural renderings. The project is in pre-construction and is expected to break ground in early 2027.

Continuum South Tower

A completed luxury condominium renovation in Miami Beach.

The residence was renovated throughout: an oceanfront kitchen with alabaster pendants, a waterfall island and custom wood cabinetry; a primary bath with a blue marble wall, a freestanding tub and a floating vanity; mirrored, lit closets; and ocean-view bedrooms with new millwork.

Working inside an occupied oceanfront tower meant coordinating with building management on access, protection of common areas and scheduling, alongside the precision that large-format stone and integrated lighting require.
